How can I make an online booking?

Online booking is simple and effective, just make sure you have registered for web booking access! You can find the Web Registration Form online at www.worldmarksp.com on the ‘Online Reservation’ tab.

Log in

  1. Log onto www.worldmarksp.com
  2. Click on the ‘Online Reservation’ tab
  3. Sign in with your WorldMark Owner number and password
  4. Click ‘Online Booking’ in the menu located on the left of the screen 


Search for availability

 You can look for availability in four different ways:

  1. Standard search
  2. Bonus Time search: see page 115 for details
  3. Fun Time search: see page 115 for details.
  4. View our 4-month calendar. 

We strongly recommend a search via the 4-month calendar, as it will show you real-time availability for the next 12 months. Please click on the calendar icon as highlighted to the right and follow the prompts.

 

Holiday Planning

 Step 1. As you go through this step, the calendar on the screen will show real-time availability for the selected destinations/room types.

  • Select the region / state / country from the first drop down menu of your choice. All South Pacific destinations will show (SP) next to their name.
  • Select accordingly the resort of your choice in the next drop down menu.
  • Select room type for the selected resort. 

Step 2. The colour scheme of the calendar shows the amount of units available at the time of booking, as selected by you at Step 1. This should guide you in clicking on the preferred check-in date from the calendar. Enter the number of nights you wish to stay

Step 3. The amount of Credits available in your account will show at Step 3. press ‘Calculate’ to view how many Credits are required for this booking.

Step 4. Press ‘Reserve Now’ once you are satisfied with the booking. Should you not have enough Credits to complete this booking, you will be asked about other methods of payment at the next step.

 

Online Reservation

  1. The next screen will give you 15 minutes to confirm your booking.
  2. Amount owed for the booking will be displayed in various currencies (Credits and Cash payments).
  3. You will be asked to choose your mode of payment.
  4. Should you not have enough Vacation Credits to complete your booking, please note that you may be able to complete your booking with other methods of payments, such as One-Time Credits, Bonus Time or Cash Options.
  5. If you decide to pay partly with Credits and partly with a cash method, your Credit Card will be required at the next step.
  6. Click ‘Continue’. Your itinerary will be displayed to ensure all details are correct.

 

Itinerary confirmation

  1. The next screen will confirm your itinerary: Dates of stay, property address details, apartment details and payment summary.
  2. The total due could reflect a housekeeping fee should you not have any housekeeping tokens available. Should you wish to borrow a housekeeping token instead of incurring this fee, please contact Reservations to proceed with this option instead.
  3. If payment in cash is required, the bottom part of the screen will contain fields to fill in with your Credit Card details in order to confirm your booking.
  4. If the booking is paid for with Credits, the amount of Credits owed will be automatically debited from your account as per the payment summary.
  5. To obtain final confirmation for your booking, fill in all required fields and press the ‘Confirm’ button at the bottom of the page.
  6. A confirmation of your booking will appear on the next screen and will also be sent to your email address.
  7. Please ensure you check this confirmation carefully.
