Exchange companies work by acting as a ‘bank’ for your holidays. You request the destination you desire and when the exchange company receives an appropriate match from another Owner, they exchange your Privileges Qualified Vacation Credits for theirs giving you the holiday you want.

 When requesting an exchange through RCI you will either use Spacebank or Confirm First when making a booking. If RCI can confirm your exchange on the spot or you would like to deposit your expiring Vacation Credits, Spacebank will be used. You can complete Spacebank through https://new.wyndhamvrap.com/owner/index/index/go/rci/ or call
WorldMark South Pacific Club Reservations. Once your Vacation Credits are Spacebanked in the RCI system you have up to two years to make an exchange request.

If RCI cannot confirm your holiday immediately you can place a request in the system using Confirm First. The computer searches 24 hours a day, seven days a week until a match is found. RCI will contact you when a match is found and Vacation Credits will be deducted when your holiday is confirmed. A request can be placed up to two years in advance and more than one request can be placed at a time.
